Simply, to bring a Mediterranean vibe to Bondi. Using organic, traditional materials, Lisa created an experience for diners like no other in the unique beachside setting of Bondi Beach. Working with the owner and the builders, Lisa designed a warm and inviting restaurant, that is at first glance, hip and happening, but after sampling the delicious Mediterranean fare, you feel like you are sitting in your favourite restaurant in Mykonos or Istanbul. Each little nook and cranny showcases Lisa’s talent at ensuring an authentic experience from the minute you walk in the door to the very sad moment, when the waiters tell you have to go home at the end of the night.
